On Friday, Politico’s California Playbook put far-left Assemblywoman Pilar Schiavo on a list of “vulnerable Democrats.” It’s reported that Shady Pilar Schiavo raised approximately $650,000 between January 1st and June 30th, spending much of that in the March Primary. Yet, she finished only 521 votes ahead of recently retired Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff Patrick Lee Gipson.

The most important takeaway? Shady Schiavo raised only $2,300 locally. Most of Schiavo’s war chest came from special interests, Democratic Party funds, labor unions, and Democratic State Assembly and Senate members. Here’s the SHOCKING percentage breakdown:

Special Interests: 37%

Democrat Party: 25%

Labor Unions: 23%

Politicians’ Gifts: 15%

In District/Region: .004%

Importantly, this confirms what we already knew: Shady Schiavo is NOT present in the district and her incredibly weak local fundraising numbers further support that. Assemblywoman Pilar Schiavo will raise money from just about anyone EXCEPT voters in her district.
