Porter Ranch, CA—The Los Angeles Daily News Editorial Board announced their endorsement of retired Deputy Sheriff Patrick Lee Gipson for State Assembly. The Daily News called Gipson, “a serious alternative” to incumbent Assemblywoman Pilar Schiavo, in a “razor close” seat.

The Daily News said Schiavo had “shoddy policy judgement” and is “rapidly shifting her policy positions to fool voters.”
